Junior Bengal's Kyle Orvis Throws Perfect Game !
Well if Roy Halladay can do it so can a kid from Orangeville...
In their very first season, the Junior Bengals have registered what is likely the first perfect game in Bengal's history. Kyle Orvis went to the mound on Monday night against the Bolton Braves in game one of a double header. Kyle started sitting down the bolton players at a rapid pace - the ones he didn't strike out were handled by the Bengals defense. By the fourth inning the team was avoiding talking to him, as no one wanted to upset the incredible chemistry Kyle had going. The final inning was tense as the Bolton team hit a couple of ground balls that almost got through but the Bengals Defense held strong. In a fitting climax Kyle struck out the final batter for his 6th K of the night. Click here to read the full article in the Orangeville Banner.
